Refunds & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your wedding glassware must be unused, in its original condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom-engraved or personalized wedding glassware: Items specifically crafted with custom names, dates, or designs are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
To Complete Your Return
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Wedding glassware showing signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned glassware is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the glassware was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the glassware wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped it to themselves for later delivery, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
